Penguins Not Making A Difference

Last night the WBS Penguins took in the Crunch or at least later in the game earlier in the game the boys just seemed to be flat. This is something we have been noticing and have been talking to our colleagues about.

Tony Androckitis from Highland Park Hockey says

The real story here is the Penguins’ troubles against East Division opponents. The Pens are just 1-6 in their last seven games against teams in their division and with four of the next five games coming up against divisional opponents, the time is now to overcome their troubles with these teams.

When we spoke to John Hynes about last nights game and the Penguins showing or lack there of he said

We did not have enough players making a difference early in the game . We had a few to many passengers and we are a team that needs to have every one willing to play with a high compete level. 2nd half of game was better .

All I can say is look at the facts and decide for yourself. Are the Pens playing up to full potential or does it seem as though its moment to moment. Could this just ne an away game problem, or is it something more?

As always feel free to comment on this or any of our stories.
