Tonights game against the Phantoms got off to a good start, Sill in the box 10 seconds in for elbowing then with :47 left in the PK Reese gets called for interference making a 5 on 3 Pens kill the 5 on 3 with a hit post then kill the remaining 5 on 4.
Peters gets called for interference. Short time later giving the phantoms a third power play in the first half of the first period.
WBS Penguins get a goal it would be Warren Peters tipping in a shot from Morrow making it 1-0. Then WBS would get a power play just after their goal as Akeson sits for interference but come up short. Penguins get 2 more chance this period but no joy even get some carry over time into the second period.
Second period starts Pens don’t convert power play but get some good chances. Tom Kostopoulos sits for holding giving the Phantoms a power play bit the PK holds
Penguins getting good looks but can’t find the handle then Reese just about pits the glass out with a Phantom. Things start getting chippy this period Smith gets robbed at the door step and then down the other end a square dance breaks out in front of Brad Thiessen.

WBS would get the first power play of the third period but wouldn’t get anything out of it. Mormina gets high sticked drawing a double minor putting WBS on the power play for 4 minutes just under a minute in WBS Megna and Adirondacks Zolnierczyk each get matching minors reducing the power play.
Oliver Lauridsen boards Adam Payerl Sill calls him out and gets called for a penalty. Lauridsen gets five for fighting Sill gets 2 instigating 5 fighting and 10 misconduct what were Referees-Ryan Fraser and Trevor Hanson thinking on this one?
Warren Peters gets goal number three for pens and number 2 him putting him on HTA. Regulation would end and Theissen gets a shut out that’s number 4 for Brad.
