Pens off to a good start Alex Grant in a nice scrap with Dziurzynsk a fight that had some deep roots. WBS Penguins would get the first power play as Stone sits for Bingo for a hook.
Bingo kills the power play still 0-0 with 8:25 left in 1st then WBS takes their first penalty Uher would sit for cross checking putting the senators on the power play, Binghamton would take full advantage scoring a power play goal to make it 1-0 senators.
Thompson gets interfered with no call but gets called for a rough for shoving back putting WBS on the PK. WBS kills the penalty and getting a carry over power play at the end of the period giving the 1:18 of 5 on 4 to start the second.
Pens don’t convert in the beginning of the second but get a second chances as dryba sits for a hold but nothing again. Binghamton would get a power play just as WBS’s expires giving the a chance to go up by 2 but the WBS PK holds.
Senators would score for the second time on the power play making it two nothing bingo 5:50 left in the second period WBS Penguins seem to be losing the edge in the second taking a few more penalties than they should giving Binghamton back to back power plays.
Third period started 4 on 4 because of some funny business at the end of the second Mormina and Jessiman would sit but nothing materializing for the pens with the open ice.
WBS Penguins go on the power play as Binghamton’s Gryba sits for tripping as WBS fires up the power play Bennett gets called for high sticking taking the power play away, then bigntom would take another penalty making it a 4 on 3 WBS
Just as it expired Trevor Smith gets off a low shot scoring WBS first of the game making it 2-1 bingo. Pens get a second power play as Gibbons gets hit with a high stick by Jessiman but no joy on then power play for WBS.
3:55 left in reg WBS Penguins trailing Senators now 3-1 as Bingo scores on a laser from Wiercioch over the glove of Thiessen , that would be game set match for the Penguins they would pull Brad giving them the extra attacker but with nothing to show for it, the game ends 3-1 Senators.
