Seven minutes into the game still 0-0 pens out shooting bears 4-3 good flow to the game so far.

Pens get the first power play of the game at 14:31 pens get some good looks but no goal. The bears would get their first power play as Strait would sit for interference  Zatkoff comes up big with a save and the pens PK would hold End of one its still 0-0

Hershey would get a power play at the start of the 2nd as  Peters sits for interference and would draw first blood scoring on a redirected wrist shot making it one nothing bears.

The pens would get one on net on a nice breakaway chance drawing a cross checking penalty putting them on the power play, but would have trouble setting up and the bears would kill it off.

Pens would give the bears another power play chance about halfway through the second but would hold them off again.
Pens would put the bears on a 5 on 3 late in the second on a shitty call by the ref that would hand Hershey their second goal.

Pens start the third period looking a little like the keystone cops but seem to get it under control  Holtby on his game tonight robs  Bennett point blank.

Pens get a chance going on the power play at 16:04 of the third get it set up and they break a twig then  Tangradi gets called for a board making a 4 on 4 for a bit and a short bears power play.

Pens get on the board with just over 9 minutes to go on a nice feed infront of the net to  Holzapfel who would backhand it past Holtby glove side cutting Hershey’s lead to one. Bears get a gift from the refs calling a trip with just over a minute to play.

Zatkoff would leave the net with a minute to go pens scramble in front of Holtby some rough stuff but no calls pens burn their time out Hershey gets the empty netter that’s the game.
